Greg Nosal
Greg Nosal is the Human Resources Business Leader for the Apex and Air Dominance Divisions at Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems sector, a premier provider of military aircraft, autonomous systems, aerospace structures, and next-generation solutions.
In his current role, Greg leads HR strategy and support for key programs including the B-2 Spirit, F-35, F/A-18, and several restricted efforts. He partners closely with executives and senior leaders to deliver strategic, high-impact HR solutions and drive talent and workforce strategies and culture that support program milestones and broader business goals.
Since joining Northrop Grumman in 2016, Greg has held multiple HR leadership roles of increasing responsibility including Director of Staffing Operations, Acting Director of Talent Acquisition for the Technology Services sector, Senior Director of Talent Acquisition for the Aerospace Systems and Aeronautics sector, and Director HR Business Leader for the B-21 and Sentinel programs. Greg is known for his innovative approach and strong problem-solving, cross sector and discipline collaboration, and analytical skills, and continues to be a trusted HR leader within the organization.
Before joining Northrop Grumman, Greg held leadership and talent acquisition roles at Iron Bow Technologies, SAIC, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Aerotek. He holds a bachelor’s degree in administrative justice with a focus on legal studies from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia.
